Do you charge a Diagnostic Fee?

This fee covers:

• Travel to and from your property

• A complete system inspection

• Electrical and mechanical testing

• Troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the issue

• A clear repair estimate with recommended solutions

If you approve the repair during the visit, the $75 diagnostic fee is waived and applied toward the repair cost.

For locations more than 20 miles outside of Abilene, a small travel fee may apply.

Yes! We offer convenient financing through First Financial Bank to help make repairs or new systems more affordable.

How often should i have my hvac system serviced?

We recommend professional maintenance twice a year— once in spring and once in fall— to ensure efficiency and longevity.
